Studio Unit: Feature kitchenette. Studios located on the ground floor have air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Studio Units on the first and second floor have ceiling fans and a private balcony. Most of the upstairs studios offer a harbour view or view of the pool area. Bedding is 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed. Maximum room capacity for adults and children is 3

2 Bedroom Apartment: Feature fully equipped kitchens, private balcony and harbour views.Main bedroom has 1 double bed and second bedroom has 2 single beds. Double sofa bed is located in the lounge area. Maximum room capacity for adults and children is 6.

The Kaiviti Poolside Bar: serves cooked and continental breakfast in the morning and light snacks and beverages during the day. There is also BBQ's for guests use beside the large pool.

Room service: is available 24 hours from the neighbouring Gino's Restaurant at The Melanesian Hotel. Charge back to the room available.
